Archival quality VF mint NH 1983 issue Commonwealth Conference commemorative sets and souvenir sheets from dozens of different countries and colonies plus two additional Post Office authorized presentation proof sheets (Falkland Islands and Canada). All neatly laid out in a deluxe, specially prepared and profusely annotated "Commonwealth Collection" album with matching slipcase. The extra specially prepared items in this collection include a Falkland Islands presentation print and a Canadian $2.00 presentation black print (only 20,000 of each produced).
