Top quality mint, all NH, specially prepared 1918 to 1923 period collections of 9 different post-Revolutionary states (most very short-lived), consisting of: Armenia; Azerbaijan; Georgia; Transcaucasian Federated Republic; South Russia; Siberia; Far Eastern Republic; Russia proper; and Ukraine. 102 different stamps in total.
