Australia - "Heritage" booklets were produced to entice non-collectors into giving education-based gifts/collectibles comprising a (usually) hardbound booklet on an Australian theme including a single set of stamps or souvenir sheet. These typically cost $15-$25 each, with only a few dollars worth of stamps inside. Because of the cost disparity, these were overlooked by the collecting community. This lot consists of over 30 different booklets (plus a 1981 annual collection, plus a set of five reprinted children’s books with a cancelled bookmark and FDC tucked inside).
