Bermuda #123/128b. Calling all King George VI "Keyplate" specialists. This mint accumulation has been catalogued as the lowest price by perforation (either p.13 or p.14). However, a quick glance indicates that there are shade variants here that could benefit some work through Stanley Gibbons. A number are never hinged, most of the rest are lightly hinged and only a couple have minor remnants. Some come from wartime printings which have resulted in acidification of the gum (not "tropical staining"). Well centered and lovely. 2024 Scott US$1001.00 = $1,351.35 $42.00
Bermuda #123-128. A lovely VF mint Lightly Hinged selection of the George VI "Key Plate" high-values, representing all the values of this design. All valued as the basic stamp / shade in Scott Catalogue, so plenty of upside when compared to the Gibbons catalogue which breaks down this popular issue into a more precise listing for shades, perfs and printings. 2025 Scott US$225.00 = $303.75 $22.00
Bermuda #124a/127a. Two mint never hinged blocks of King George VI "Keyplate" 2/6 and 12/6 values, both from the wartime printings which have resulted attractive stamps, but acidified gum (it isn’t tropical staining). The 2/6 has edge selvedge, with a bit of separation. Still an amazing issue after 80+ years. Only catalogued as Hinged, so plenty of upside here. 2024 Scott US$544.00 = $734.40 $16.00
British Commonwealth - A bundle of 100 "102" cards, all with British Commonwealth singles, sets or assemblies. Each priced between $1-$10 each (with a few higher), which is the retail pricing (rather than the catalogue value). Noted strength in Australia, New Zealand and Malta, with both mint and used throughout. Estimate = $120.00 $15.00
British Commonwealth - Anguilla to New Zealand on black stockpages (most Vario, some Hagner). Mostly mint, King George VI to about 2002. Mostly a page or two per country, strong in Australia and New Zealand, but we saw Antigua, Bahamas, Bermuda, British Honduras, Cayman Is, Christmas Is, Cocos (Keeling), Cook Is, Dominica, Gambia, Gilbert Is, Grenada, Jamaica, Malta, Mauritius, Montserrat and more! Singles, sets, short sets. Great topical appeal, and better values scattered throughout. All in great condition, including the pages! Estimate = $150.00 $0.00
British Commonwealth - British Atlantic accumulation of mostly mint issues, neatly sorted on manila stockpages with stamps individually identified by Scott and somewhat current catalogue prices. The largest component is eight pages of Falkland Islands Dependencies, with the King George VI "Map" issue, including a number of examples of the "thin" or "light" printings. Lots of 1948 Silver Wedding, a couple of examples of #IL94 with inverted watermark. South Georgia, mostly to 1980 has some of the first series, plus some overprints for decimal currency (#21b x 7, #23b x6, #30a x7 mint) on six pages. The lot concludes with three pages of almost entirely mint British Antarctic Territory (#11, #34). Substantial catalogue value. Estimate = $180.00 $11.00
British Commonwealth - Collection of primarily used British Oceania, 1870's-1960's, containing many hundreds of stamps in a British Oceania Minkus album. The collection essentially contains a decent run of Australia from 1913-1960's, including a selection of used Kangaroos and KGV Heads, along with a few mint singles and sets cataloguing $5 to $15 and up, along with New Zealand used from the 1870s to the 1960s, and smaller selections of Australia States. The collection also includes a few additional pages of Australia used. Owner's older Scott catalogue value totals US$1,090.00, leaving better finds to the dedicated collector. A collection that should be expanded as the album contains spaces for over 15 other countries, overall fine to very fine. Estimate = $150.00 $28.00
British Commonwealth - Group of roughly 225 British Commonwealth first day covers, generally ranging from the 1970's to the early 2000's, with better representation from Australia, New Zealand and area, Great Britain, British Virgin Islands, and a few others. We note singles, several sets, souvenir sheets, gutter blocks (roughly 30 from Australia with Tasmania postmarks), and high denomination frankings. A nice group of covers for collectors and dealers alike. Estimate = $120.00 $12.00
British Commonwealth - Mostly British Atlantic material, with a touch of Africa. A series of bid board lots, dealer offerings, album fragments etc. Mint, used, classic-era to the 1980’s, with a touch of duplication. We saw lots of Falkland Islands (with some "Dependencies"), St. Helena, British Guiana, Guyana and three pages with South Africa, Rhodesia, Zanzibar. A surprising amount of this was catalogued at one time, which will add up to several hundred dollars by Scott. Estimate = $150.00 $12.00
British Commonwealth Supplies - Stanley Gibbons "Imperial" Album, 1937 Volume 1, 3rd Edition, for the entire British Empire issues with spaces from 1840 to 1928. A single padded volume, used to lightly used, still ideal for collecting the classic issues in a lovely single album. A brand new set of volumes covering the time period would retail several hundreds of dollars. Estimate = $130.00 $10.00
Brunei #14/113. A lovely and clean page of nicely used early Brunei, with heavy representation from the "River Scenes" issue, plus some Kampong Delta stamps and the 1949 UPU issue. Better singles include #29, #34, #54, #113. Condition is decent. Used stamps from this former British Asian country are often harder to find than mint and these are great! 2024 Scott US$397.30 = $536.35 $0.00
Bulgaria - Mostly mint assortment, strong from 1961 to 1976 and a bit from 1988-1994, including from the back of the book, some on album pages, some on stock cards. We also noted 1959 mint souvenir sheet (#1046, footnote) and imperforates of the 1958 Brussels World Fair and #1129/1129a 1961 UN issue perf and imperf. A mix of hinged and never hinged. Plus a small handful of loose album pages and retail pieces which are not counted. The total catalogue value will be several hundred dollars. Estimated value = $160.00 $10.00
Bulgaria - Three mounted collection and a couple of old bid-board lots combines to give over a thousand stamps and a few hundred dollars of catalogue values. Mint and used, with some topical appeal, from the 1880's to the 1980's. From a local estate and offered as received. Estimate = $130.00 $0.00
Canada #4. VF used example of the 1852 issue 3p red beaver imperforate on soft ribbed paper, with four margins (tight but still clear on right). Attractive concentric ring postmark. 2025 Scott US$200.00 = $270.00 $22.00
Canada #8. VG appearing used example of the 1857 issue QV half-penny rose imperforate on wove paper. Cut in at top / left and a small thin, visible from the back. That being said, this could be a very reasonably priced way to fill this spot in your album and then upgrade later if so inclined. Postmarked with light, but readable "37" Quebec 4-ring postmark. 2025 Scott US$700.00 = $945.00 $36.00
Canada #14/334. A high-quality old-time stock of early used Canadian material from 1859 "Cents" to the QEII Karsh issue, arranged on 27 manila pages, withing a binder. Loads of value here, and although the odd fault my be present in the earliest material, overall this is a very clean group. Lots of better postmarks noted, and a winters worth of "fly-specking" for the adventurous collector. Cataloged by the previous owner, using only the lowest value given, so plenty of upside to the valuation count. Owner's Unitrade = $3,090.10 $22.00
Canada #21/30. A seldom offered extensive collector's assembly of Large Queens, mostly used (with the exception of one 1/2c black, mint hinged). A total of 49 stamps, with noted shade / paper varieties and better postmarks. A couple small faults to be expected, but overall a very clean group. An excellent opportunity for the Large Queen specialist, or someone looking for a seldom seen large offering to help sort out this often confusing issue. All valued as basic stamps, so plenty of upside when searching through for shades / papers. 2025 Scott US$5,595.00 = $7,553.25 $55.00
Canada #22b. F/VF centered unused (no gum) example of the 1868 issue 1c brown red Large Queen on thin paper. Great rich colour on this elusive stamp. 2025 Scott Classic US$700.00 = $945.00 $16.00
Canada #23. Attractive mint regummed (partially) example of the 1c yellow orange Large Queen. A very attractive stamp, with rich colour. Valued as unused, no gum. 2025 Scott US$1,400.00 = $1,890.00 $28.00
Canada #24. F/VF mint no gum example of the 1868 issue 2c green Large Queen. Deep rich colour, sharp impression. Very well centered for this issue. 2025 Scott US$800.00 = $1,080.00 $14.00
Canada #28a. F/VF centered duo of used examples of the 1868 issue 12½c blue Large Queen on thin paper. Good colour on both. 2025 Scott US$350.00 = $472.50 $10.00
Canada #34/170. Marvelous Mint Stock, Small Queens to early 1960's. An old-time accumulation / stock, meticulously arranged on vario stockpages within a binder. All pages have been imaged, to give a true sense of the value of this lot. While expect the odd fault, and most of the earlier material to be Hinged, there is plenty of value here with each turn of the page. VERY conservatively valued by the previous owner as the lowest given value, with no premiums assessed for VF or NH stamps. Owner's Unitrade = $7,752.68 $85.00
Canada #34/43. Small Queen study lot of 23 assorted stamps, ranging from the 1/2c to 3c plus a 6c. Fresh, with great appearance, and a couple of the stamps are stunners. Wide range of gum, from never hinged to hinge remnants. All counted as the cheapest shade. 157 Canada - An "odd ball" assembly of "back of the book" plus 1950's high values and other "odds" that did not fit anywhere else (private perfins, consular service stamps, postmarks etc). Largely complete for the period, including better items such as QEII Karsh / Wilding coils, 50c Textile, $1.00 Totem (including "G" officials of the 50c Textile / $1.00 Totem). A spot check indicates that there is a mix of Never Hinged / Lightly Hinged throughout. This collection is nicely complimented by an envelope of "dealer cards" spanning from the 1930's to 1980's with mint Canada, with noted Centennials and $2.00 Commonwealth Day issues. A great lot to keep what you need and sell the rest. Catalogue value would add up quickly here! Offered as received from a local estate. Estimate = $300.00 $13.00
Canada - Good accumulation of used Canada, Small Queens to the 1990's, containing tens of thousands of stamps in three full stockbooks, plastic bags, envelopes, and more. The lot begins with selections of low denomination Small Queens, and continues with mostly definitive issues, including several high denomination $1 plus issues from the 1950's onwards. Estimate = $200.00 $10.00
Canada - Hoard of used Canada in a medium sized bin, containing multiple thousands of stamps on paper loose in the bin, generally ranging from the 1950's to 1960's, but did spot a few organized bags containing hundreds of BC or Ontario postmarks from the 1980's, a few modern "P" issues, souvenir sheets on parcel paper, and more. A definite winter project for the postmark hunter. Estimate = $130.00 $13.00

Loads of value here, with primarily used earlier issues including Cents, Large Queens, Small Queens, Maps, Leafs, Numerals, Edwards, Tercentenary, Admiral and strong George V era. A bit mixed condition on the earlier material, but lots of better stamps here, expect the mint to be Hinged / Hinge Remnant, but with some Never Hinged mixed in to act as a bonus once discovered. 165 Canada - Minkus Mint Collection Part B. The run of 1986-1999, housed within a deluxe padded / illustrated green 3-ring album, with matching Minkus pages for 1986-1999 and black mounts added for the stamps. This album sees the transition into the "P" stamp, with the majority of issues being permanent values with singles all looking to be "die-cuts" from Quarterly or Annual collections. Also noted better issues such as Beneficial Insects and $10.0 Whale. Conservatively valued for the total mint postage / face value alone. Total face value = $1,164.55 $22.00
Canada - Minkus Mint Collection Part F. The run of 2015-2017, housed within a deluxe padded / illustrated green 3-ring album, with matching Minkus pages for 2015-2017 and black mounts added for the stamps. 171 Canada - Mint Booklet / Pane Hoard. A lovely group of 79 booklets / panes (some minor duplication) from the 1983-2005 period. Several better noted including Hockey, Christmas Greetings, Self-Adhesives etc. Conservatively valued for the total face value alone. Total face value = $334.00 $11.00
Canada - Mint Collection 1977-2015 held in two large 64-page Lighthouse stockbooks, arranged chronologically, with strength in the post-2000 issues, with many "P" stamps, souvenir sheets, miniature panes etc. The stockbooks alone retail for $130.00 alone! Conservatively valued for the total face value only, but note that the owner counted this back in 2009, so the total face value is actually higher with the increase in "P" stamp value. Some used / Lunar New Years foreign and Conservation Stamps not counted. Total face value (2009) as counted = $1,590.66 $11.00
Canada - Mint Mish Mash. An intriguing and valuable holding of primarily QEII material (but noticed the odd earlier item). Arranged on 23 stockages, with emphasis on items that are "better than postage". Noted Centennials (including 2c precancel), Tagged issues, booklet panes, coils (including many strips), Cello Panes, plate blocks etc. A spot check showed primarily Never Hinged material, with everything here being overall very clean. Owner estimate the Unitrade catalogue is +/- $2000.00, which we think is fairly reasonable. Estimate = $250.00 $10.00
Canada - Mint Packet Palooza. A small box containing glassine packages of mint stamps from the late 1920's to early 1970's including "Back of the Book" Officials, Airmails, Postage Dues etc. Easily a few hundred glassines here, holding several hundred stamps, with notable earlier George V material including "Scroll", "Leaf/Arch" etc. Expect the earliest material to be Hinged, but largely a Never Hinged offering. The catalogue value would add up quickly here! A perfect "sorter" lot, unchecked for paper varieties that are abundant in the early QEII period. Estimate = $200.00 $10.00
Canada - Mint Sheet Potpourri. A clean assortment of mostly 1960's-1980's complete sheets, miniature panes, including some of the tougher larger format sheets of 100 stamps. 176 Canada - Modern used commemorative issue "kiloware". One pound (1lb) of COVID period issues and into 2023 used on close-cut single paper, likely with about 1400-1500 stamps in total. Clean selected material, in which we did not see any "pen cancels". About 90% of this mix will fall into the COVID period, 2020-2022 where postally used commemorative issues were seldom used. Increasingly tough to find material. Estimate = $200.00 $36.00
Canada - Nice collection of used Canada, 1870-1979, with many hundreds of stamps nicely organized in a Minkus album. The collection begins with a selection of 20 Small Queens, including 10c (x3), and 20c and 50c Widow Weeds, along with partial sets of Leafs, Numerals, Quebecs, Edwards, and continues with full sets of Admirals, Scrolls, Arch, up to the Peace issues. The collection also includes back of the book issues, a few covers, stamps on piece, and more. Postmark interest includes squared circles, cds, duplex, broken circles, including several "socked on the nose" town cancels. A nice collection for the used collector, a few faults to be expected, overall fine to very fine. Estimate = $250.00 $11.00
Canada - Recent Used selection of 216 different used from 2020 to latest 2025 issues including Christmas high values, Flying Postal Truck only issued to postal employees (most saved mint for souvenirs), latest high value definitives, and Semi-postals. The best offering of these we have ever had, and so hard to find with hardly anyone using postage stamps anymore! This consignor says this lot may be the last one he will have available as his source has dried up. Estimate = $180.00 $24.00
Canada - Used Block Accumulation. A high-quality offering of better used blocks, from the George V Admiral era, up to 1970 EXPO issue. 181 Canada - Used extravaganza part 2: King Edward VII and Quebec Tercentenary, on a manila stockpage, with 9 copies of the 20c KEVII and 3 of the 50c. Condition is pretty good, centring is mixed, as is normal. 2024 Scott US$2252.70 = $3,041.15 $0.00
Canada - Used extravaganza part 3: Admirals to both 1927 commemorative sets on four manila stockpages. There are some identified as Unitrade sub-numbers (retouches, papers, shades, etc.). There is a nice group of coils, including a couple of pairs of #123 and another of #133. The imperforates are mostly singles and not considered for the value (but there is a nice pair of the 3c). There is a single "one-line" revalue and five copies of the "2-line" (#140). Nine complete Confederation anniversary sets and 4 "McGee" sets can be made with many leftovers. Quantities up to about a dozen of a type. Condition is pretty good, centring is mixed, as is normal. Items individually identified and catalogued about a decade ago. Estimate = $150.00 $0.00

The ever popular "Bluenose" is represented by a cool dozen examples and there are 13 Parliament dollars. Don’t overlook the quantities of the 1c and 2c coils including three pairs each. The only odd thing is that there are only 2 copies of the 1c and none of the 2c, otherwise all the "good" values are here. Quantities up to a couple of dozen of a type. Condition is pretty good, centering is mixed, as is normal. 2024 Scott US$2679.50 = $3,617.35 $0.00
Canada - Used extravaganza part 5: The King George V Arch issue. One of the great sets produced by Canada during the Great Depression.
