Newfoundland Postmarks. Group of roughly 350 covers collected for Newfoundland town postmarks, 1960s-1971. We note towns ranging from A to W, roughly 50 different towns represented including Change Islands, Rodgers Cove, Pools Island, Open Hall, Fortune, Glovertown, and much more, noting split ring, duplex, cds, machine, and other town cancel types. All the mail is commercial in nature, a few with corner advertising, paying 6c or 7c rates. Duplication is generally up to 5 for some towns, but might have different frankings or postmark types.
