French Colonies

|
Part 1: "A" to "C" colonies. Collector’s neatly organized duplicates of several formerly French administered colonies in Africa. Mint and used, with up to a dozen of a type, with some nice cancels and items identified by Scott number and (older) catalogue values. We note: Afars and Issas (#C58-59, 2 sets), Burkina Faso (Upper Volta) - lots of "Camels", and some nice airmail and postage due material. Central African Republic has few duplicates, noting better air mails, and #M1-M2. Chad has some nice overprints, butterfly topicals, finishing with a bit of material from the Comoro Islands. Not often seen material, in very nice condition, with values that will add up quickly. Estimate =
