Large, lovely and well-organized mint wholesale accumulation of King George VI issues from the 1937 Coronation to the 1951 Festival of Britain. A good range of definitives, including multiples, some indication about watermarks, booklet panes and potential finds for the specialist. The commemoratives and high values include #251 (Indigo), a dozen copies of the £1 Silver Wedding and multiple singles from the 2/6-£1 1951 issue. This is one collector’s duplicates which have never seen the light of day before. There is a mix of hinged and never hinged material here, and the catalogue value will total into the thousands.
