In the late 1960’s Saudi Arabia kept making changes to the designs of its "Dam", "Oil Plant" and "Mosque" definitives, leaving some very small, short-lived printings that went under appreciated for years. This mint selection has several values from the 1968 "Dam" issue with the Faisal Cartouche" with #462, #465-468, #470, #472 (this one with gum disturbance) plus a few from the "Oil Plant" (#476) and most of the "Mosque" set, including four which are redrawn/reprinted.
