Three phases of Lithuanian philatelic history in a collector’s mint and used stock, on 21 manila stockpages. Starts with five pages of Memel with overprints on German and French stamps, including a good offering of air mails. Very little duplication here, and some nice cancels amongst the used. The next section is the independent issues up to the start of WWII, with ten pages (including some semi-postals and airmail) with some multiples and quantities of up to 20 issues. The balance is the post-USSR independence, with a bit of mint, and scattered issues up to about 2010 (and light duplication). A fascinating Baltic offering. Well organized and excellent condition.
