A mostly mint accumulation of Queen Victoria to King George VI regular war tax issues on five manila stockpages. A couple of potentially better QV side face (a couple also have no gum). The other strength is in the KGVI era, with #85a (x5 mint, 1 NH), a number of #87A and #89, plus 7 each of #90-91. The last KGVI set includes 4x 1/- Penguins (#115) and two copies of #116.
