Mint Holding of Canada’s first sheetlet, the Geological Congress issue confused collectors. Some stuck with single stamps, others with plate blocks and some with the sheetlet of 16. By the time they realized how many copies the average collector would need, the issue was off sale and prices almost immediately began to rise. This lot of three stockpages has a mix of complete mint never hinged sheetlets of 16, in both the regular and "tagged" version. A total of 33 "philatelic" sheetlets in total, plus a smattering of blocks and plate blocks which are not counted in the total catalogue value. 2024 Unitrade =
