First Day Covers. Lovely collection of Canada private cachet first day covers, 1958-1970, containing roughly 375 covers in box. The covers are all addressed to "V.P. Gray" noting singles, pairs and a few block frankings, along with a few covers franked "topically" such as Christmas stamps, or Provinces. The collection has a number of cachet makers including Rose Craft, Capital, Jackson, Cole, Art Craft, Caneco, and a few more, along with covers from the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa, Ontario. We note duplication up to 3 for some issues, along with a 1 to 2 different cachets for several issues.
