Semi-Annual "Plate Block" Packs. Seldom seen run of 1985-1988 (inclusive) Post Office semi-annual packs (in-plastic, with coloured packing card). These are similar to the ones pictured in Unitrade, but with Plate Blocks/Inscription Blocks instead of singles, with colored pack card, issued twice annually (8 packs here for the 4 year run). The first pack of 1987 is opened (still complete), otherwise all still Post Office sealed. There is an increasing market for these packs. Listed in Unitrade, but not valued. Total face value =
