Nice collection of primarily used Canada, 1850's-1985, containing roughly 1,500 stamps neatly organized in two Minkus albums. The collection generally ranges from Scott #14/1074, really beginning with 20 Small Queens (10c x3, 20c and 50c Widow Weeds), partial sets of Leaf and Numerals, with complete sets of Edwards, Quebecs, Admirals, Scrolls, right up to the Peace issues. The collection also includes back of the book issues, coils, booklet panes, souvenir sheets, precancels, printing varieties, a few covers (noting B.C. postmarks), and more. Postmark interesting includes CDS and other types, including many "socked on the nose" town cancels. We note a few faults with some of the early stamps, still a nice collection with a few better cataloguing stamps, overall fine to very fine. Estimate =
