Forged Postmark / Legitimate Stamp. An interesting, but meant to deceive example of the rare 20sh green and red, Queen Victoria 1889 issued high-value, with removed postal fiscal (revenue) cancels and added "556" barred postmark to appear legitimately postally used. While the stamp (mint value only given) has a 2025 Scott Catalogue of US$3500.00, finding an legitimately postal used example is near impossible as only two are known (a reputable US dealer has a legitimate used example for sale at US$45,000). While the postal fiscal cancel / forged postmark reduce the value of the stamp, at the end of the day, this is a legitimate stamp and great way to fill a spot your album at a fraction of price.
