Unusual Post Office Printed Stamp Album 1966-1971. A red 3-ring binder, filled with pre-printed pages produced by Canada Post with mint stamps hinged in-place for the 1966-1971 period. Includes regular issues, Winnipeg Tagged and Postal Scrip stamps. This is the first we have seen, with binder and all pages with the trademark (and nostalgic) red, purple and blue stripe branding.
