"G" overprinted official plate blocks from the late King George VI to early QEII era. An assortment of various plate numbers, positions (a few are matched sets), and the vast majority are never hinged, these came in from the estate of a collector who bought them new from the Post Office (a couple of damaged are not counted). These were not popular in their day, reflected in their catalogue value (noting #O18 - plate #10 set, #O20 - #3 - lower right, #O26 - plate 2 - matched set, etc. Both definitives and commemorative issues.
