Nice group of Thematic collections, including a comprehensive Winston Churchill collection contains many hundreds of items mostly in hingeless mount on several homemade pages. This collector tried to get a mint and used example from the 1966 Churchill Memorial Omnibus issues (264 stamps in total, c.v. $329, complete except for New Hebrides, French), along with mint and used singles, sets, and souvenir sheets from the 1974 Centenary of Churchill's Birth. The lot also includes a Lyndhurst album containing a few hundred items, primarily used sets and souvenir sheets of the 100th Anniversary of the Death of Sir Rowland Hill, 1879-1979; and two volumes of WWF material, still in original packaging containing album pages, stamps, first day covers, maximum cards, and plastic sleeves for the material (from about 10 issuing regions).
