Pre-Packaged Stamps. Very rare group of Canada Post produced and recently Unitrade listed "Pre-Packaged Stamps" marketed by the Post Office in the mid 1960's and early 1970's. The group consists of 21 mostly different packs, identifiable in Unitrade. The cellophane packaging is also very fragile and usually found in damaged condition. These packs are all still all sealed, and in well above-average condition. These "prototype" stamp packs are much rarer than any thematic collection, quarterly pack or annual collection. Estimate =
