Lovely mint and used collection of Canada, 1859-1971, containing many hundreds of stamps on quadrille pages housed in two springback albums. This well organized collection ranges from Scott #14/557, beginning with used material from 1859 to 1950, and then transitions to mint and a used example for almost every issue up to 1971. Just some of the better material includes #s 14, 15 (x6), 18-19, 21-22, 24, 25 (x2), 30, along with 64 Small Queens including 10c (x3), 20c and 50c Widow Weeds, a selection of Jubilees including 20c and 50c issues, and continues with sets and partial sets of Leafs, Numerals, Edwards, Quebecs, Admirals, Scrolls, up to the Peace issues, including coils and back of the book issues. The collection post 1950 includes mint and used material including an attempt to have mint and used mini-panes, booklet panes, Christmas centre blocks of 4, tagged issues, and much more. Postmark interest includes cds, squared circles, duplex, and more. A lovely collection with a potentially high catalogue value, a few small faults with a few of the stamps, overall fine to very fine.
