Accumulation of roughly 500 covers in a box, the vast majority being first day covers ranging from the 1940's to the 1980's, noting some private cachets, along with event covers, space covers, commercial covers (many from from the 1870's franked with the 3c Washington (Banknote perhaps) issue, paying the domestic rate), postal stationery, etc. A nice group for the cover collector, a few faults mostly with the commercial mail, overall fine to very fine.
