Lovely collection of used Australian States collected for town postmarks, 1850's-1900's, containing roughly 800 stamps neatly arranged in a stockbook. The collection appears to have equal representation from Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland and Tasmania, with some stamps identified and priced $10 and up each. The collection has a lovely array of postmark types including cds, duplex, squared circles, sunburst, along with registered, ship mail, numerals, and a few other types, noting many 'sock on the nose' town cancels.
