Complete mint Never Hinged sheet of 80 (right pane) of the 1949 issued 1/2d orange Kangaroo, clearing showing the "Sky Retouch" constant plate variety in position 6/8 (line 6, stamp 8). We also noted a flaw in position 9/4 "line to the left of ear", and possible more to be found. Small tear in top margin (stamps OK). The "Sky Retouch" is listed in Gibbons as #228b, and severely undervalued (in our opinion) at £60.00 for the single stamp. Estimate =
