An attractive half-page with 22 different used semi-specialized collection from the future US Virgin Islands. Mostly "Numeral" issues with different Scott-listed papers, shades, a few inverted frame and better (#9, #20). While a few minor faults are to be expected, this is a higher quality lot than often seen, with several readable cancels (mostly St. Thomas).
