Overprinted mint postal fiscal quartet circa 1942. This issue was plagued with pastel colouring and similar colours on very different denominations which were very difficult for postal clerks to read. The solution was to apply an overprint to four values (of the same denomination as the original stamp!). Higher value issues which are hard to find in any condition.
