A "back of the book" study group, with Special Delivery, a bit batch of all different postage dues (including some Stanley Gibbons errors) and some military stamps including the red "Sphinx" design, including one with a Christmas 1935 overprint. All mint, with varying degrees of hinging. Scott has a note for the early postage dues stating, "Excellent counterfeits are available and plentiful". These look good, but that may fit the narrative.
