Plate Blocks. Large collection of mint matched sets of plate blocks, 1939-1971, containing many hundreds of plate blocks neatly organized in a thick Scott Specialty album. The collection generally ranges from Scott #246/557, looks fairly complete in period, with most issues having matched sets, with some issues having additional plate blocks with various plate numbers, tagging, papers, etc. Each issue has been identified using Unitrade numbers along with older catalogue pricing, noting many matched sets cataloguing $5 to $10 each, face value alone would probably add up to a few hundred dollars.
