Slogan Cancels. Huge collection of cut squares collected for slogan cancels, 1910's-1980's, containing roughly 7,600 slogan cancels in 13 volumes. This appears to be a highly specialized collection organized alphabetically from A to Y slogans, with owner's catalogue notes on almost all the pieces. A spot check indicates some duplication of slogan types but having different frankings or from different towns. A lovely specialized lot and unchecked for better slogans, and ideal for the Canada postmark collector and should be continued until completion. Estimate =
