The 1976 Hardcover Quarterman Reprint of the original 1962 work, originally published by the Royal Philatelic Society, 223 pages including illustrations. In fair condition, with some slight bumping along the edges (not bad for a 50 year old book!). A wealth of information inside here, including printing process, the stamps, the forgeries, the proofs and postal rates / usages (among others). Of interest (but not totally relevant), is that there is only one 1962 version listed on Amazon, at over $1600.00! Estimate =
