Used example of the 1865 issue 5c rose Victoria imperforate, the rarest of all Canadian Provincial issues. Comes with a pink 2025 Vincent Graves Greene photo certificate which states (in part) "used, repaired tears at top right and lower right side, entire left side frame and margin is added and design repainted".
