Great Britain

Lovely mint and used collection of Great Britain, 1841-2000, containing a few thousand stamps in a well filled Stanley Gibbons album. The collection generally ranges from Scott #3/1942, containing singles, several sets, booklets and panes, and a few souvenir sheets. A cursory check indicated roughly 30 Victorian used issues including Scott #s 49 (x2, plate 6-7), 58 (plate 5), 61 (plate 11), 62 (plate 13), along with used KEVII and KGV including 139 (c.v. $150), and 222-224 set of used Seahorse ($205 total). The collection continues with a mixture of mint and used issues from the 1930's to the 1960's, with the strength of the collection being the never hinged material in hingeless mounts from the 1970s onwards. A potentially high cataloguing collection noting many singles and sets cataloguing $10 and up, face value alone should be several hundreds of pounds (noting several 1ST stamps).
