Nice starter group of mint and used Federal and Provincial revenues in roughly 80x well described 102 cards. A spot check indicates a nice variety of items including Federal excise stamps, law, and a few other issues, along with British Columbia law stamps, along with a few issues from Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Most of the cards have been identified using van Dam numbers along with accompanying retail prices, noting cards generally priced from $2 to $10 and up, with a retail price for the lot totaling $495.50. A nice group to start in this fascinating area of philately. Some faults with a few stamps, overall fine to very fine. Estimate =
