Generally sound and Fine used selection of 23 examples of the 1865 issue 4p vermilion/dull vermilion, watermark 23 (Large Garter). All sorted by plate number (plates 7 through 14). Noted a few really nice CDS cancels and VF stamps in the group. These make up a basic complete set of 8 different plates with extra shades.
