A truly lovely used example of the 9p green 1883 surface printed issue. Great colour, well centered with a sharp and clear Sock on the Nose 1884 "LEEK" CDS cancel. They don't often come this nice. A 50% premium has been added for the CDS cancel (as per Scott catalogue instructions) but no premium has been added for centering. 2023 Scott US$825.00=
