| Starting in 1932, this collector started putting together a collection of early Chinese material. Nicely laid out on quadrilled pages with a combination of typed and handwritten notes, which will help you critically assess some of the potentially better issues here. The China starts back with the Imperial Dragon design with a good number of values from the 1894 Shanghai issue, followed by some Dr. Sun Yat-sen and "Junk" issues, mixed in are some overprints and some "back of the book". The "Area" group includes Hong Kong with a $5.00 King George V that catalogues $77.50 alone. There is a touch of mint Manchukuo and a few labels or local prints. Estimate =
