Nicely mounted collection in unusual 23-ring "Philac" album, covering a mix of mint and used issues for the length of the Colonial period (plus a touch of Ruanda-Urundi issues). Very good coverage throughout, with many sets, lots of nice cancels with good semi-postal, airmail and postage due coverage. Most are mounted in black mounts, but the mint stamps are all hinged. There is a pouch of stamps inside the front cover and a few "Taxes" overprints for provisional postage due uses, uncounted in the total catalogue value. 2023 Scott US$777.15 =
