Part 1: A very full binder with a mounted collection of St. Vincent up to 1991 (or "Classics" to "Topicals"). The QV to King George VI issues are mostly used but includes some overlapping mint. The first couple of pages include a number of better QV issues (catalogue values to $250.00), including shades and perforation varieties. The Queen Elizabeth portion is almost all used and very complete, including souvenir sheets, with lots of underappreciated material that is commanding bigger catalogue values. Most usages after 1980 are philatelic. Finishes with 2 stockpages with 1980s "Specimen" overprinted stamps and two more with overprinted souvenir sheets.
