Large block with 21 mint copies of the 12c brown King George V on yellow paper with a "10 Cents/Stamp/Duty/(characters)" overprint. Although you only see 19 stamps, there are two stuck to the back, which affects a total of 8 stamps (so 13 are in decent shape, most being never hinged with some minor gum disturbance). This was apparently a local production, and a tough KGV revenue stamp. Perfect for a display, to break up or both. (Barefoot #135). Estimate =
