Fine used example of the 20c vermillion, 1897 QV Jubilee issue, with "socked on the nose" Balgonie ASSA (Assiniboia) Dec 31,1897 split ring postmark. Mid-value Jubilee’s with Western Canada postmarks are seldom seen, especially this nice. 2025 Scott (for the stamp alone) is US$190.00 ($256.50), but the postmark is the star of the show here.
