Elizabethan catch all group, of primarily mint never hinged material filling a small box. A spot check indicated singles, blocks, plate blocks (roughly 150 in total, including many matched sets), sheets, pre-cancel strips (with warning strips in selvedge), postage dues, generally ranging from the 1950's to the late 1970's. Some of the material has been identified by the previous owner for tagging and fluorescence (regular only, would need further inspection for varying degrees), noting Centennial and Caricature and Landscape issues. The lot also includes some used material, including a few revenue issues. A few mint plate blocks catalogue in the $5 to $10 range, and we estimate $75 to $125 of face value material (5c to 25c denominations).
