This province has only issued about 500 stamps since the 1980's, and this dealer stock is a great way to build up your collection. Separated with mint issues being on 9 manila stockpages (including some blocks & multiples), and the used occupying 16 stockpages. There is material here from 1984 up to 2019, including some very complete runs and including both Finish and Euro currencies. Up to about 30 of a type, with many attractive issues, which includes topical appeal. The material is identified by Scott numbers and includes 2016 Scott catalogue prices. Unfortunately, many of these prices have dropped by about 1/3 to 1/2 in the intervening years. There are still many items in the $4-$7 catalogue value.
