Ever-popular Malayan peninsula colony pair, on a nicely organized 21-page collector stock. 2/3 of the pages, and the stronger section is the North Borneo, with a good range of mint and used "Coat of Arms" (alas the mint #31 has a hinge thin - cat $475.00), including a number of imperforate singles. This leads into the terrific "Animals" set with exotic birds, crocodiles, plants and scenery (we note 15 mint copies of #85), including revaluations and overprints. There is a good range of KGVI and QEII issues, with denominations to $10. and some from the "back of the book". The Sarawak is smaller, but very complete, with individual stamps of up to 10 of a type. All are numbered and priced with relatively recent Scott values. We never see stocks like this, and we don’t think that collectors have ever seen this offering. Estimate =
