VF mint Never Hinged assembly of 1970 EXPO 70' (Osaka, Japan) issues, with a stockpage of each "regular" and "tagged". The "regular" page features a matched set of plate blocks, 3x blocks (one se-tenant), 2x strips of four and one pair. The "tagged" page features a very unusual cellophane pack of all four corner blocks (looks like Post Office packaging), an additional set of corner blocks, 2x se-tenant blocks, 2x pairs and a strip of five.
