Near complete mint King George VI "long" set of 1938-1953, including most of the Scott-listed sub-varieties for the many colour (#44) and perforation changes (noting #48a, 49a) that occurred over the 15 years that this set was in production. Lovely and fresh. The backs are varied with a couple being never hinged, and a couple with minor hinge remnants. Most have typical hinging for the era. 2024 Scott US$409.50 =
