A mint selection of pre-Independence Gabon, while still under French Administration, with a scattering of "Navigation and Commerce" issues including the 3 high values to 5fr (#30-32), and most of the 1912 revauations. There are other better singles (e.g. #40) and various overprints. The early stamps are very lightly hinged, the later ones with typical hinging.
