Post Office Bi-Annual Packs. A near complete run of the 1985-1992 Canada Post sealed bi-annual stamp packages (the precursor of the "quarterly pack") covering the entire run of issues for the period. Two packages per year, near complete for the 8 year period, only missing the 1st pack of 1986. While mentioned in Unitrade, these have yet to be valued. We are seeing fewer of these sealed packages each year, as many were opened for use. Valued for the total postage value only, but certainly worth more. Total face value =
