Used, mounted collection on quadrilled pages in a "Simplex" springback binder, with a good range of pre-1980 issues, including many nicer $5-$10 stamps and sometimes even better than that (noting Vietnam #33 and #35). The stamps are cleanly mounted, identified by year and the dealer has done a page-by-page tally of the current catalogue values. Some nice cancels and no obvious faults.
