QEII balance of a massive holding (Part 2) of mostly late 1960’s to early 1970’s covers, mostly used within Alberta from a collector fascinated with the use of fluorescent/hi-brite paper. A secondary benefit is that that is a study of rates (particularly Centennial) and obsolete machine and hand cancellations from small Prairie towns.
