An anomaly in New Zealand philately are these overprints of the same value of the stamp. The small print type and the closeness of colours to much lower value stamps likely meant that there were problems for clerks. The solution was that a few issues were given large black overprints that would be different to confuse. This trio includes a used 35/- (#AR70 - cat $350.00), a mint 5/6 (#AR72 - cat $60.00) and a mint 22/- (AR74 - cat. $275.00). Fresh and attractive. 2024 Scott US$685.00 =
