British Columbia Coastal Steamship Markings. A choice trio of items posted aboard coastal steamships, including SS Prince George 1945 (Purser's Office) boxed postmark, Steamer Princess Alice 1930 (Vancouver-Skagway RPO oval) and lastly, Str. Princess Beatrice 1911 (oval). The latter of the items is quite interesting, as the postmark is dated 4 months earlier than Topping lists in his book (and the picture side is a Real Photo Postcard of the SS Princess Royal).
